They Marched in Silence for Seven Days. Then the Walls Fell Flat.
Jericho was the first city Israel hit in the Promised Land. Walls so thick people lived inside them. Gates shut tight. Nobody coming in or out.
God gave Joshua a battle plan that sounded insane: march around the city once a day for six days. Total silence. Priests carrying the Ark and seven trumpets in front.
On day seven they marched around it SEVEN times. After the last lap, the priests gave one long trumpet blast and Joshua shouted, 'SHOUT! The Lord has given you the city.'
The entire wall collapsed straight down โ flat. The army charged in from every side. The strongest city in the region fell because a few hundred people walked in a circle and trusted the instructions.
